So all you ladies out there that wants a good piece of chocolate, Mr. Tyrese Gibson is about to be a divorced man. 
According to RadarOnline, Tyrese's estranged wife, Norma Mitchell (also the mother of his daughter and the one who claimed he beat her a while back) is seeking modifications in their custody battle, a change in child and spousal support, as well as attorney fees. Boy she's trying to ring him for real. Now the couple actually filed for divorce back in October and they are due back in court March 2nd.
